Tango is a vibrant and playful dance between two people. It is rich in expression, improvisation and connection and is danced in both modern and traditional styles.
It is often described as a passionate dance, because of the close connection partners can have, the character of the music.
Isla del Tango brings to the Royal Malta Yacht Club the unique language of dance to the Club’s terrace, giving you the opportunity to enjoy beautiful tangos, dance to it, listen to it…
On Wednesday 22nd June, for this occasion, our restaurant will be serving a delicious selection of Tapas, however pre-booking is required.

Guests at the Corinthia Palace Hotel & Spa were transported back in time to the days of the iconic and lavish Afternoon Tea Dance within the hotel’s grand signature venue, the Villa Corinthia.
On the 24th April, patrons at the Villa Corinthia were treated to Prosecco, scrumptious finger sandwiches, decadent desserts and freshly baked scones, after which they were invited to hit the dance floor to music created by Joe Micallef on drums, George Il-Puse on the saxophone and Godwin Lucas on the synthesiser and vocals.
